How long does shipping take for my new eBike?
Most in-stock eBikes ship within 2-5 business days. Once your order leaves our warehouse, delivery typically takes an additional 3-7 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
Do Lectric eBikes come fully assembled?
Our eBikes are designed for easy setup. Most models arrive 95% assembled. You will typically only need to attach the handlebars, pedals, and front wheel using the included toolkit and step-by-step video guides.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for unused eBikes in their original packaging. Please note that returns are subject to a restocking fee and return shipping costs. Used bikes are generally not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturer defect.
What kind of warranty is included with my purchase?
Every Lectric eBike is backed by a 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty. This covers the frame, motor, battery, and electronic components against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery.
Do I need a special license or insurance to ride a Lectric eBike?
In most U.S. states, our Class 1, 2, and 3 eBikes do not require a driver's license, registration, or insurance. However, laws vary by local jurisdiction, so we recommend checking your specific state and city regulations.
What financing options do you offer?
