Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Lectric eBikes®, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your ride; if you are not, you may return your eBike within 30 days of delivery provided it has fewer than 10 miles on the odometer. All returned items must be in their original packaging and include all components to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    Pack Your Gear

    Securely pack the eBike or accessory in its original factory box, ensuring all chargers, keys, and manuals are included inside the package.

  • 3.
    Ship with Care

    Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technicians inspect the returned item for mileage and condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
